Redeeming E-Gift Cards T&C
- This E-gift card is denominated in Indian Rupees (INR).
- This E-Gift Card is valid for one year from the date of issue.
- This is not a negotiable instrument like cash or cash equivalent.
- This E-Gift Card is freely transferable and redeemable for any product/merchandise at any participating store of F-Apparel in India, unless otherwise specified at the point of sale.
- Redeemable only on presentation by the bearer at all F-Apparel Stores in India except airport stores and F-Apparel website for logged in users under Gift Card as payment mode ( NOTE: F-Apparel E-Gift Card is currently not redeemable on F-Apparel mobile app)
- This E-Gift Card once issued cannot be cancelled or refunded.
- The E-Gift Card has to be redeemed in full and partial redemption will not be allowed.
- This E-Gift Card will be immediately activated at the time of purchase.
- Purchases exceeding the value of this E-Gift Card should be settled by cash/ credit card.
- This E-Gift card can neither be redeemed for cash or credit nor any unutilized balance would be refunded.
- This E- Gift Card can be redeemed only once.
- This E-Gift Card is redeemable only during the validity period and the validity shall not be extended under any circumstances.
- This E-Gift card will not be replaced or its value refunded, if lost. No duplicate will be issued if this gift voucher is defaced and rendered unusable for any reason.
- E-Gift Cards are normally delivered instantly. But sometimes due to system issues, the delivery can be delayed up-to 24 hours.
- Returns or refunds are not permitted on products purchased using E-Gift cards.
- No other discount or promotional offer will be allowed to be combined with purchases made using this gift voucher.
- No returns and no refunds on gift cards, E- gift cards and gift vouchers shipped by www.woohoo.in. Please check the refund policy at http://www.woohoo.in/faq for further details.
- Any dispute arising out of or related to this gift voucher shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Delhi.
F-Apparel Offer T&Cs
- Open to individuals aged 18 or above.
- This offer is for select customers.
- Offer validity is one month from receiving communication.
- Member’s mobile phone number would be his / her unique identification number for the promotion eligibility subject to such member agreeing to the same.
- Shoppers will get additional points on reaching minimum purchase value mentioned in communication.
- Minimum purchase amount has to be in one invoice.
- The offer is valid for all transactions done online and offline.
- Offer benefits (additional points) will be automatically added to F-Apparel account.
- Points validity 3 month.
- A member can avail the offer once during the campaign period only.
- Discount products will not be included in the offer.
- Two offers cannot be combined in a single purchase.
- The membership points, benefits & privileges are non-transferable & may only be used by the member.
- The member shall present his membership acceptance message for all transactions & activities including but not limited to points accumulation, redemptions & discounts.
- F-Apparel will not be held responsible for any transactions made on a lost or stolen membership.
- Management reserves the right to cancel the membership or to cancel or amend any provision at any time without prior notice.
Preloaded Bonus Points T&Cs
- Open to individuals aged 18 or above.
- Each campaigns timeline period is 2 weeks. Dates can be changed by F-Apparel .
- Bonus points have been preloaded into the customers f-Apparel account.
- No minimum purchase required.
- Points can be redeemed in multiple purchases as long as the promotion is ongoing.
- There will be no overlap of campaign database ie a customer cannot be part of two campaigns.
- Unused points will expire on the last day of each campaign that the customer is part of.
- This offer is only valid for a specific group of customers.
- Eligible customers would have received communication on their registered mobile number.
- Customers’ mobile phone number would be his / her unique identification number for the promotion eligibility subject to such member agreeing to the same.
- The offer is valid for transactions done in store and online.
- A customer will receive the preloaded Bonus points for this offer only once.
- Two offers cannot be combined in a single purchase.
- The membership points, benefits & privileges are non-transferable & may only be used by the member.
- The member shall present his membership acceptance message for all transactions & activities including but not limited to points accumulation, redemptions & discounts.
- F-Apparel will not be held responsible for any transactions made on a lost or stolen membership.

Bonus Campaign With Minimum Purchase Offer T&Cs
- Open to individuals aged 18 or above.
- Each campaigns timeline period is 2 weeks. Dates can be changed by F-Apparel .
- Customers will earn bonus points on a minimum spend.
- The minimum purchase and the bonus points earned have been customized for eligible customers and have been communicated to the customer.
- The minimum purchase amount has to be achieved in one invoice.
- Points are valid for 3 months from date of receiving them in your f-Apparel account.
- Minimum purchase required to be met to earn points that is mentioned on promotion, is excluding tax.
- There will be no overlap of campaign database ie a customer cannot be part of two campaigns.
- This offer is only valid for a specific group of customers.
- Eligible customers would have received communication on their registered mobile number.
- Member’s mobile phone number would be his / her unique identification number for the promotion eligibility subject to such member agreeing to the same.

Social Media Offer T&Cs
- Social media offer (hereinafter called the “offer”) starts on 19th February 2022, 20:00 and ends on 15th March, 2022 at 23:59’.
- Offer winning is non-negotiable and non-encashable.

- This Offer is a promotional digital offer wherein selected users will have the opportunity to win vouchers of various denominations. This Offer is run by F-Apparel.
- This document is an electronic record in terms of the Information Technology Act, 2000 (“IT Act”) and rules made thereunder as may be applicable, and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various statutes as amended by the IT Act. This electronic record is generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.
- The voucher codes will be sent to the customer on the mobile number that they have entered for the offer.
- To avail the voucher, the minimum purchase must be adhered to and on one invoice.
- Voucher code is valid only for purchases made in stores.
- Offer can be availed 1 time during the campaign validity.
- Offer is applicable for selected users.
